• Search out likely suppliers
• Negotiate terms & conditions, delivery schedules
• Monitor quality of production through personnel in our China office or our associate supplier quality agents
• Arrange sample shipments if required
• Manage payment for goods in the UK (GBP, USD, Euros)   
• Arrange shipment of goods through our shipping agents
• Take care of onward shipment once goods arrive at destination port
• Negotiate on behalf of customers in the unlikely event of quality or other problems
• Note: All the suppliers we deal with will have been vetted and approved, with export experience to the US and European countries.
